Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make Valduero La Antigua 1989 a manual harvest is carried out in 14 kg boxes, selecting the clusters one by one when they arrive at the winery. Manual production, completely artisanal, with manual destemming and pressing in 500-liter oak barrels. It remains in a long and patient aging in barrels from five different origins for four years.
TASTING
