Vieille France Blanc de Blanc Brut Charles de Cazanove 75cl.

Vieille France Blanc de Blanc Brut Charles de Cazanove 75cl.

The maximum elegance of the History of Champagne that combines Heritage and Exception. Champagne Vieille France is synonymous with family and passion, and today reveals a unique know-how that has been carefully passed down from generation to generation. Born in 1860 in the Côte des Blancs, the Vieille France brand is the result of the desire to create the extraordinary with a blend of Grands Crus. It was in 2003 that the Rapeneau family acquired the estate, with the aim of revaluing it while respecting the vines and the terroirs. The quality of the vineyards and the excellence of the production methods used give Vieille France champagnes a heritage, an inimitable style created to sublimate the most beautiful moments. To perpetuate tradition, all Cuvées have the original and typical shape of the 18th century champagne bottle.   Awards and recognitions:

PREPARATION

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

A bottle that is a concrete expression of the production philosophy of the Maison Vieille France, and that interprets the terroir of Champagne with an elegant and fine Brut Blanc de Blancs. Pleasantly tasty, clean and with a refreshing flavor, it is left to mature on its lees for at least 48 months, after which it is tasted. A label dedicated to all those who want to enjoy a truly satisfying aperitif. Singular and dazzling, the Vieille France style translates into precise and safe wines. Vinification tailored to each cru and terroir in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Aged for more than 24 months in our cellars to reach perfect aromatic maturity.

TASTING

View: In the glass it has a straw yellow color, with some light reflections that tend towards greenish. The perlage is fine and moderately intense.

Nose: The range of aromas offered to the nose recalls fruity sensations of peach and lemon peel, to which nuances of anise and ginger are added.

Mouth: In the mouth it is very fresh, balanced and characterized by a delicate minerality.
