Vieille France developed under the ownership of the Lebrun family for 135 years. But in 1963 it began to decline and the brand fell increasingly into oblivion. It would be 40 years before the Rapeneau family acquired Vieille France with the ambition of regaining its importance and restoring crops while respecting the vineyard and its terroir. Vieille France is one of the last major champagne brands that is still family-owned. The Rapeneaus produce several brands and have reserved plantations of more than 200 hectares in more than 60 villages. The company is based in Reims, the "champagne capital" and also owns several properties in Champagne, including the GH Martel Champagne house. Awards and recognitions:

Serve between 8º and 10º. Excellent throughout the meal, it is a delicious accompaniment to white meat or fish dishes. It should also be tried at the end of the meal with fruit tarts or chocolate desserts.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 30% Pinot noir, 45% Chardonnay, 15% Red wine D.O. Champagne, 10% Meunier.
A rosé that captivates from the beginning due to its attractive color and that captivates the nose and palate after just a few sips. This Brut Champagne produced by Maison Vieille France is an elegant blend with well-defined aromas that is left to mature on its lees for at least 48 months, after which it is tasted. The perfect bottle to start spring off right!
TASTING
View: It has a pale pink color with a fine and long-lasting perlage.
Nose:
Light fruity aromas predominate, which are enhanced by an olfactory background of bread crust and toasted notes.
Mouth:
In the mouth, it is fine, elegant and harmonious, with a fresh flavor that echoes the sensations already perceived in the nose.
