Viña Pomal Seleccion 106 Reserva 2019, is the result of a selection by the winemaker from Bodegas Bilbaínas. The design of the label has recovered the same Bilbao blue color, the city that gives its name to Bodegas Bilbaínas. Perfect to accompany spoon dishes, grilled meat dishes, grilled meats and cured cheeses.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 90% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha, 5% Graciano. Fermentation with native yeasts at 28ºC-30ºC and a total maceration of 23 days. It was aged for 20 months in American oak (85%) and French oak (15%) barrels. A third of the barrels are new. During this time, the racking allows the wine to be cleaned by natural decantation. After passing through the barrel, the wine remained in the bottle for two years before going on the market.
TASTING
View: Cherry with garnet rim of medium-high intensity.
Nose:
Spicy notes of licorice and black fruits, violet flowers and fennel. Mineral background with notes of chocolates and fine woods (cedar).
Mouth:
Expressive and balanced. Well structured, it is elegant and long. Service temperature: 15ºC.
