Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Graciano. Viña Pomal Vinos Singulares Graciano 2020 has a manual harvest in boxes. At the time of harvest we made a selection to take only those grapes with optimal ripening conditions to the winery. It was subjected to two selections, first the bunch and then the grain after destemming. Fundamental in this vintage is the elimination of raisined berries after destemming. It was fermented with indigenous yeast in open tanks, combining bazuqueos and pumping over. The maceration lasted 21 days and it was fermented at 26ºC, trying to extract gently.
TASTING
View: Intense and very bright red color.
Nose:
Varietal aromas appear: white pepper, sandalwood and cedar intermingled with aromas of ripe red fruit and floral aromas such as lavender.
Mouth:
With an acidity characteristic of the Graciano variety, it is enveloping, elegant and powerful at the same time, intense, balanced and persistent.
