PREPARATION
Jim Beam is the result of a bourbon made following his great-great-grandfather's recipe to the letter, from a mixture of corn (at least 51%), rye and malted barley; limestone filtered Kentucky water, double distilled after fermentation and aged for 4 years in new toasted American white oak barrels. Since 1795, the Beam family has brewed and distilled Jim Beam with great respect for family values. Seven generations later, it continues to be made with the same values and aged twice as long as the law requires.
TASTING
View: Amber color and shiny appearance.
Nose: On the nose we perceive the sweet smell with soft tones of vanilla, notes of corn and the sweetness of cereal.
Mouth: On the palate it is presented with good body, tones of toasted oak and vanilla, with some pepper; The finish is toasted with notes of sweet resin.
