PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Moscato
Yellow Tail Moscato is made from grapes from the highest quality vineyards. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the night to retain maximum freshness and flavor. The must is obtained by letting it flow and applying light pressure to guarantee maximum smoothness in the mouth. Once made, the wine is stabilized and cold filtered to maintain its rich aromas and freshness. It is then assembled and a concentrated grape must is added to reduce its alcohol content.
TASTING
View:
Pale yellow with a slight greenish tone.
Nose:
Full of natural sweetness. It has an intense aroma of freshly squeezed grapes, kiwi, honeydew melon and passion fruit, with a note of candy.
Mouth:
The light effervescence of the wine highlights its lively tropical flavors and fresh acidity. Sweet.
Recommended temperature: 6º - 8ºC.
