Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
The Aalto 2021 wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, which come from very old vines, aged between 40 and 80 years, that come from vineyards in nine different municipalities on the Burgos riverside and the Valladolid riverside. The harvest is carried out by hand, in small 15 kilo boxes in which they inspect very carefully, bunch by bunch, on the selection table. Aging for an average of 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
At first glance it has a dark and shiny red color.
Nose:
On the nose it presents aromas of ripe fruits, spices and great freshness and minerality.
Mouth:
In the mouth it has a good structure, broad and sweet with perfectly assembled silky tannins, with balanced acidity. The finish is long and fresh.
Recommended temperature: 14-16ºC.
