Arzuaga Crianza is a red wine made by the Arzuaga winery. Its production is aged for 16 months in French oak and American oak barrels, making it an elegant, fine and subtle wine with soft and honeyed sensations on the palate. Made with Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is perfect to accompany red meats, white meats, large game and feathered game, roasted or in sauce. Blue fish and soft cheeses.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 94% Tempranillo and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon.
To make Arzuaga Crianza wine, when the grapes reach the optimal point of ripeness, the clusters are harvested in 15Kg boxes. Afterwards, they pass through a selection table and are destemmed until they are vatted in stainless steel tanks, where after a few days of cold maceration, they are fermented at a maximum temperature of 26ºC. This red wine is aged for 16 months in barrels, 75% French oak and 25% American oak, which makes it an elegant and fine wine.
TASTING
View:
Cherry red with violet hues. Clean and bright.
Nose:
The nose is powerful, with high aromatic diversity in which ripe red fruits predominate with hints of spice and balsamic notes. A roasted finish.
Mouth:
In the mouth it has great volume. It provides soft and honeyed sensations that last over time. This makes it an elegant wine with personality.
Recommended temperature: serve between 16º-18ºC.
