Description
PREPARATION
Grape: 100% Pansa Blanca. Can Matons Pansa Blanca is pressed from whole grapes. Very slow fermentation at a controlled temperature at 16°C in stainless steel tanks. All plots are fermented separately until the blend is made prior to bottling. Alella is characterized by a sandy textured soil called sauló, resulting from the weathering of granite. It is a soil poor in nutrients, with little water retention and a moderate pH. The vines are trained on trellises, except for the oldest ones that are in cups, and we carry out short pruning.
TASTING
View:
Yellow color with greenish reflections.
Nose:
Intense, frank and fruity aroma, a reflection of the variety, where aromas of white and stone fruit stand out with light floral notes.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is a wine with volume and a long aftertaste.
