Description
PREPARATION
Grape: 100% Pansa Blanca. Can Matons Sant Fost de Campsentelles 2020 has a whole grape pressing. Very slow fermentation at a controlled temperature at 16 °C in stainless steel tanks. The older plots are fermented in 400 and 500 L oak barrels. The Sant Fost vineyards are characterized by a soil with a very fine sandy texture called sauló, resulting from the weathering of granite. It is a soil poor in nutrients, with little water retention and a moderate pH. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Marina Mountain Range, with gentle orography. The vines range in age from 20 to 80 years. The vineyards are worked according to ecological criteria, with practices that seek to preserve the acquired legacy.

Nose:
Its aroma is intense and frank, with outstanding aromas of white fruit and light floral notes.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is a full-bodied wine with volume and a long aftertaste.
