Description
PREPARATION
Grape: 100% Pansa Blanca. Can Matons Vinya de Can Xec is manually harvested. With film maceration for 5 hours. Whole grape pressing. Very slow fermentation at controlled temperature in 300L French oak barrels and ovoid cement tank.
TASTING

Nose:
Intense and frank aroma, with notes of stone fruit and floral memories of rose petals and spices.
Mouth:
