Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Moscato Bianco.
The Martini Asti sparkling wine is made using an exclusively Italian method, which captures the essence of the grapes directly picked from the vine, using an unusual individual fermentation process, which provides a refreshing taste. Produced from the aromatic Moscato Bianco grape, grown in the exclusive climate of Asti in the steep, sunny hills of the Piedmont region, this location is the ideal growing environment and habitat that allowed Moscato to become one of the most famous wines in the world. The harvest season is in August and September, the grapes are quickly pressed to obtain a must with natural aromatic qualities. Through fermentation, this must becomes the base wine for the production of Martini Asti. Martini has been at the center of wine production excellence for 150 years, since its founding in 1863.

Nose: Caramelized and honeyed aromas with floral notes, apricots, peaches and aromas of lemon candy.
Mouth: Balanced acidity, fresh, fruity with elegant structure, notes of peach and sweet wild sage, which turns into fresh flavors of pear and pineapple with a sweet finish.
