Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc
Excellent wine from the prestigious Le Virou estate. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes are harvested in the best local terroirs and their vinification is carried out in cement vats. Then the wine matures for 2 years in large French oak barrels (400 L).
TASTING

Bright ruby color.
Nose:
Aromas of candied black fruits, slightly spicy.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is fruity, balanced and offers minerality. a lovely texture and fine softness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of blackberry, blueberry combined with hints of creamy raspberry, also hints of Bourbon vanilla. With a long finish and pleasant, soft tannin. Recommended temperature: 16-17°C.
