PREPARATION
Grapes: 91% Tinto Fino, 7% Albillo, 1% Garnacha, 1% Garnacha tintorera.
Dominio De Es Viñas Viejas De Soria 2020 is a wine made with Tinto Fino from vines that are more than 100 years old. Harvested manually, the grapes are vinified with stems and with a percentage of albillo, while the wine is aged in semi-new Burgundian barrels for 18 months for an average production of 5,000 bottles.
TASTING
View:
Purple red color with violet reflections. High layer.
Nose:
Pleasant, fruity aromas such as red fruit appear first, giving way to spicy notes, floral aromas such as violets with mineral notes and aromas of cereals.
Mouth:
Structured and velvety, with good acidity. Mineral and fruity notes. Recommended temperature: 15-17ºC.
