PREPARATION
Gin 9 Mascaró is a Premium gin, made by distilling fine grain alcohol flavored with juniper berries through a double distillation and filtering process in traditional copper stills at the Mascaró distillery in Vilafranca del Penedès, one of the few distilleries existing wineries in Catalonia. Subsequently, the base obtained is mixed with high purity water before being bottled, manually, at 40 degrees of alcohol. Its quality does not go unnoticed by specialized critics, magazines and professional guides, who recommend it with high ratings.

Nose: The classic notes of juniper stand out, combining aromatically with fresh citrus notes.
Mouth: In the mouth it is tasty, spicy, with fine nuances of Mediterranean juniper. The finish is reminiscent of black pepper with a long and pleasant presence in the mouth.
