Description
PREPARATION
Licor 43 Baristo is made from a careful selection of the Mediterranean botanicals and citrus ingredients that give its essence to Licor 43 and the exclusive Canarian coffee, which is truly exceptional, with rich flavor nuances, such as chocolate and nuts, that combine wonderfully with the vanilla, botanicals and citrus of Licor 43. These ingredients are macerated in a mixture of water and alcohol, to later mix in the exact proportions to ensure that they merge perfectly. The mixture is left to rest for between 6 and 9 months in stainless steel tanks. After this period, it is fused with fresh coffee extracts and left to cool for 5 days at -5º C, to obtain a smooth and perfect finish. Finally, it is microfiltered to eliminate the last particles and obtain its brilliant shade. Canary Islands coffee is grown in incredibly rich volcanic soil, at an elevation of approximately 400 meters, in the shade of banana, mango and papaya trees.
TASTING
View: Golden brown, amber, transparent color.
Nose: Aroma of freshly roasted coffee with a delicate touch of citrus, spices, notes of vanilla and dried ripe fruit.
Mouth: A subtle flavor of freshly roasted coffee, in perfect harmony with the vanilla notes of Licor 43 and a hint of sweet fruit.
