Matarromera Prestigio Pago de las Solanas 2010 75cl.
Matarromera makes this red wine with Tempranillo from its Pago de las Solanas, one of its most exclusive vineyards. After spending 4 years of aging between barrel and bottle the result is a very complex Ribera, with notes of very ripe black fruit, cocoa and spices and a noble, silky and voluminous palate. This is a perfect wine to drink alone. But it can be accompanied with roast meat, including game, Iberian bait ham, foie and cheeses. Awards and recognitions:

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Matarromera Prestigio Pago de las Solanas is made with grapes from a specific and more privileged area of 1.10 hectares of Pago de las Solanas, where greater vigor highlights the finesse and potential of this limestone terroir, with a steep slope facing south of close to 20%. The excellent exposure to the sun and its location in a peculiar narrowing of the Duero Valley, which concentrates convection winds every day, makes this plot unique, while a high hollow of deeper soil highlights and demonstrates its excellence.
