Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Melior Roble de Matarromera is traditionally made as a red wine, with 6 months in medium-toasted American oak barrels, 6 months in the bottle and resting in the bottle. Rigorously selected grapes prior to controlled fermentation. Important fruit sensations, between touches of clean wood, with a long and persistent finish.
TASTING
View: At sight it shows an important layer of dark cardinal tones with a youthful purple trim, very clean and bright.
Nose: It contains aromas of ripe red fruits with spices such as licorice, coffee, or vanilla. It has a voluminous and intense body that is at the same time cheerful and fresh, supported by an excellent level of tannins.
Mouth: It maintains a notable pace with sweet tannins and after fruity sensations with hints of cocoa, coconut, vanilla and clean wood, it retains a long and persistent finish.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
