Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo and some loose strains of white varieties (Malvasía and Garnacha).
A rigorous manual selection of bunches is carried out in small boxes. Traditional elaboration, in French oak vats. Contact with the skins before, during and after fermentation, with a total of 20 days of maceration. It has a malolactic fermentation in French barrels, in this way a greater integration of the wood is obtained. Aging takes place in single-use French oak barrels and, after 20 months, the wine is bottled to begin the second aging in the bottle and achieve perfect balance and refinement.
TASTING
View:
Clean and bright. Ruby red color, high layer.
Nose:
Clean, with the pure expression of Tempranillo. Rich in red fruits, floral notes, bakery memories, with balsamic and spicy nuances.
Mouth:
Intense and fresh, with good acidity and round tannins.
Recommended temperature: 17-18ºC.
