Royal de Novos Rosé is fresh, sweet and elegant, with a vibrant fruity expression and a story that can be savored in every glass. A wine with soul, made with care and respect for the land. This rosé comes from the same century-old vines that give life to the Royal de Novos Viñas Viejas red wine, located in the village of La Portera. The Royal variety, grown dry land and with sustainable practices, is vinified here in its freshest and most delicate version.

PREPARATION
Grapes: Bobal, Royal
Grown in the village of La Portera (Requena), at 700m altitude, on stony and limestone soils of lake origin. Bobal and Royal vineyards planted between 1920 and 1940, in glass and under sustainable agriculture, without pesticides or aggressive chemical treatments. In the process of ecological certification. Manual harvest in boxes, with selection of clusters and grains in the winery. Preparation by gentle bleeding after a few hours of contact with the skin. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging on its fine lees for 2 months before bottling
