Description
PREPARATION
Grape: 100% White Maturana. Viña Pomal Vinos Singulares Maturana Blanca has spontaneous fermentation in a concrete tank. At the end of fermentation it was racked into 500 L French oak barrels in which the lees were worked for 4 months before being bottled. It comes from the Paceta 14 farm, located in the municipality of Haro, with the plot bordering the Basque Country and Burgos, just 100 meters away. 17-year-old plot, plants grafted in Ribadabia. It is a farm located in the privileged enclave sheltered by Las Conchas.
