Monopole S.XXI Rueda 2020 is an excellent single-varietal wine, born from a new version of the classic Riojan Monopole - the result of Bodegas CVNE landing in the D.O Rueda. It is a wine suitable for vegans and ideal to pair with fish, shellfish, white meats, pâtés and as an aperitif.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo.
The grapes for the production of Monopole S.XXI Rueda 2020 white wine are selected in the field and a night harvest is carried out from the best vineyards to make a great wine. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are pressed, their must is taken to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to facilitate the extraction and conservation of the primary, floral and fruity aromas of this grape. Monopole has been made by CVNE, in Haro, since the beginning of the 20th century. The brand was registered in 1915, being the oldest trademark registration for a white wine from Spain. Since then, it has been a reference in homes and hospitality, and one of CVNE's main wines.
TASTING
View: Lemon green color.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity where we perceive citrus tropical fruits mixed with notes of boxwood and fennel.
Mouth: The entry into the mouth is smooth with a long and unctuous finish. The finish in the mouth is fresh due to a slight acidity, which culminates with a soft bitterness characteristic of a single-varietal Verdejo variety.
Recommended temperature: 8-10º C.
