Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Pedro Ximénez.
For the production of Lustau Pedro Ximénez San Emilio wine after the harvest, the grapes used are “sullied” in the vineyard so that they raisin and concentrate their natural sugar. It is aged for 12 years in Jerez de la Frontera. This wine belongs to Lustau's Solera Familiar range, which has its origin in the old soleras that Emilio Lustau founded in its beginnings as a warehouse winery. All types of Sherry are prominently represented in this range; from the lightest Finos and Manzanillas to full-bodied wines such as Oloroso and Palo Cortados, without forgetting the sweet Moscatel and Pedro Ximénez.
