Description

PREPARATION

Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.

For the production of Campo Eliseo Cuvée Alegre Rosado 2020 the harvest was carried out manually, the grapes were pressed directly without maceration, which naturally preserves its very pale color. Fermentation was carried out with native yeasts, half in concrete eggs and the other half in 225-liter French oak barrels. It was then left to park in contact with fine lees to gain volume, elegance and complexity for 2 to 3 months. Campo Eliseo is the fruit of the partnership formed in 2001 between François Lurton and Michel Rolland when they produced their first Campo Eliseo wine combining their international winemaking experience of more than 70 years in the vineyards of the world. These two French wine producers of recognized prestige worldwide, had the aim of creating exceptional wines in which they combine the magnificent qualities of the terroir and their good work and experience.
