Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
The harvest is planned so that each variety is picked at the optimal time. After destemming and pressing the grapes, the musts are obtained. Yeasts are added and the musts ferment at a temperature of between 15-17ºC. After fermentation and stabilization, it is assembled and the resulting wine is bottled together with the tirage liquor. The bottles go to the underground cellars at 17ºC, where a second fermentation takes place followed by an aging period in contact with the yeast lees. In total, the wine spends a minimum of 9 months in the winery, after which the stirring and disgorging takes place. Subsequently, a quantity of expedition liquor is dosed that will determine the residual sugar content of this Brut Nature cava. Finally, the bottle is permanently covered with a cork stopper.
TASTING
View:
Very pale straw yellow color. Fine and elegant bubble.
Nose:
On the nose, fruity aromas typical of traditional varieties predominate.
Mouth:
Pleasant, fresh and balanced.
