José Pariente Verdejo 2024 75cl.
José Pariente Verdejo, the flagship of the house, is made with grapes from vineyards owned by the family and old vines owned by small winegrowers. This allows us to assemble the complexity and diversity of the different soils of the Designation of Origin. The continental climate of the area, with extreme temperatures, allows for slow aromatic maturation of the grapes while maintaining good acidity. It is a wine suitable for aperitifs and to accompany dishes based on fish, seafood, pasta, rice and white meats. Pairs with all types of smoked meats, soft cheeses and sausages

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo.
After the harvest, the musts ferment in stainless steel, concrete tanks and wooden vats. In some vinifications and depending on their acidities there is a hint of malolactic conversion. The wines remain on their lees for 4 months. The blend is what characterizes the uniqueness and differentiation of our José Pariente Verdejo wine.
TASTING
View:
A bright straw yellow color can be seen, with greenish reflections.
Nose:
Elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, which covers the range of white fruits and citrus. Likewise, aromas of fennel, scrubland and an aniseed, balsamic background are appreciated. All this about a mineral memory
Mouth:
Notes of fresh fruit appear again. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of final bitterness, characteristic of the Verdejo variety and supported by good acidity. It has a great structure that favors its persistence. The volume in the mouth of this vintage stands out. The retronasal is complex and intense Recommended temperature: Serve at 8ºC.
