Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Matarromera Crianza wine comes from vineyards with an average age of 15 years with clay-loam type soils at more than 700 meters of altitude. The harvest is carried out manually throughout the month of October. Followed by a 2-week fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. Subsequently, it is aged for 12 months in 225-liter American oak barrels. Once finished, the wine is bottled and rests in the cellar for another 12 months where it is rounded and refined before going on sale. 100% Tempranillo with a very deep cherry red color with abundant violet tones throughout.
