Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Godello
Delicate crushing of the grapes and subsequent maceration with skins at 8 ºC for 12 hours in order to expand the aromatic flow. After a slight static racking, alcoholic fermentation begins in 500-liter oak barrels from the first and second year. Aged for 10 months on its fine lees in 500-liter French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
Straw yellow color, clean and bright.
Nose:
Attractive and measured maturity on the nose with a profusion of fruit on an anise background.
Mouth:
Elegant and full, it is round, fresh and well defined.
Recommended temperature: 9º- 12ºC.
