Nuviana Blanco is a fruity, fresh and aromatic wine. The word Nuviana is a derivation of the word Novellana, which, in ancient Spanish, defines the group of birds newly born from a brood. Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
It was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18ºC. It was left to mature on the fine lees for a month. Subsequently, the wines were clarified and stabilized. They were sent to bottling, preserving an inert atmosphere at all times so that they maintained their freshness.
TASTING
View:
Clean and bright. Straw yellow color with slight greenish nuances.
Nose:
Clean and slightly fruity aroma. Notes of apple and pear
Mouth:
Fresh, pleasant and balanced. A young wine with a good entry and its own character.
Recommended temperature: 8º- 10ºC.
