Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo.
To make Ramon Bilbao Limited Edition Lías 2018 a selection of clusters is made. It has a fermentative maceration of 8-10 hours at 6ºC in an inert atmosphere and an alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC in concrete tulips. Racked into barrels with its own lees with resuspension in batonnage once a week. It is aged for 8 months in French and Hungarian barrels.
TASTING
View:
Greenish yellow color, clean and bright.
Nose:
Aroma of intense and fresh fruit rich in citrus and stone fruit nuances, with tropical, herbal and spicy notes. After these aromas appear balsamic, white chocolate and pastry.
Mouth:
Unctuous, with fresh and creamy acidity. In retronasal we recover citrus fruits combined with spices such as white pepper.
Recommended temperature: 11-13ºC.
