Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 25% Treixadura, 25% Torrontés, 25% Godello and 25% Palomino.
To prepare Sampaio 2021 a selection of the best grapes from the vineyards of the Docampo Winery with D.O. Ribeiro, subsequently applying a destemming process and a brief cold maceration. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel at a constant temperature of 16ºC. Once finished, the first racking is done to later rest the wine, with meticulous monitoring until bottling.
TASTING
View:
Straw yellow, bright with steely tones.
Nose:
Clean, fruity and persistent.
Mouth:
Good entry into the mouth and evolution with a broad palate. Smooth and long-lasting memory.
Recommended temperature: 10º C.
