Crianza de Vivanco is a fresh and fruity wine made with Tempranillo, Maturana and Graciano. Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 95% Tempranillo, 2% Red Maturana, 3% Graciano The harvest is done manually. It began at the beginning of October in the case of Tempranillo and in the middle of October in the case of Graciano and Maturana Tinta. All grapes remain in a cold room for 36 hours before processing on the selection table. After gentle crushing, the must is vatted by gravity in small French oak vats where it ferments and macerates in contact with the skins at a maximum controlled temperature of 28ºC, receiving light pumping over for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in small French oak vats. Aged for 16 months in French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels, with periodic racking. The wine rests in the bottle rack for a minimum of 6 months before going on the market.
TASTING
View: Bright red color with light purple trim.
Nose: Fresh and intense aromas of red fruits, with spicy and licorice notes, accompanied by elegant toasted and smoky echoes.
Mouth:
Fresh and sweet, with an elegant, persistent and very balanced step.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
