Enate Crianza 2018 75cl.
Enate Crianza 2018 is the Enate wine that has the most peninsular character, since Tempranillo is the basis of its varietal composition. For its part, Cabernet Sauvignon contributes to reinforcing its structure. It is a flattering wine, full of nuances and that knows how to skillfully combine power with delicacy, which is why it enhances smoked meats, such as an entrecôte smoked on oak and rosemary embers or pork ribs baked with clove infusion, as well as stews and cheeses. The label design is an original work for Enate by artist Víctor Mira. Awards and recognitions:
- Gold Medal - Japan's Women Awards. Sakura, Japan.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.
For the production of Enate Crianza 2018 red wine the two varieties, Tempranillo and Cabernet, were harvested healthy and with optimal quality. The musts fermented separately at 26ºC in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine remained in French (Cabernet Sauvignon) and American (Tempranillo) oak barrels for nine months and ended up being refined in a stainless steel tank until bottling. The 2017 harvest will be remembered, worldwide, as a vintage with significant declines in production due to a general lack of rain and damage caused by spring frosts. A vintage of low yields, but of extraordinary quality that ends on September 21.
