Enate Rosado 2021 is a young wine, fresh, fruity and very gastronomic, with the soul of white and the body of red, designed to play and win the Champions League. A wine made 100% from the internationally recognized Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. Committed to its personal style, it is a wine with an attractive raspberry color that appears fresh and vibrant and represents a high quality vintage in Somontano, in which the quality of the grapes stands out over the quantity harvested. This wine enhances dishes such as pasta, poultry in currant sauce, soufflés, etc., perfectly accompanies smoked salmon and dill canapes or a Brie-style cheese with tomato jam and pairs with informal dishes such as a pizza margherita. The label is the original work of artist Víctor Mira.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon.
To make the Enate 2021 rosé wine the grapes are harvested during the early hours of the morning and, once in the winery, they remain in maceration with the skins until the rosé must bleeds. Once the solid waste has been eliminated, by static settling at 8º C, the clean must goes on to ferment, under the action of selected yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is clarified and stabilized. Bodegas Enate was founded in 1991 and is one of the references on the Spanish wine scene. Art is the essence of their identity. Its vineyard consists of about 500 hectares of its own, which is distributed throughout the municipalities of Salas Altas, Salas Bajas, Cregenzan and Basbastro. Located at 600 meters above sea level on infertile limestone soils. The climate in this area is continental, the temperatures are very cold in winter and hot in summer.
TASTING
View: Very intense and clean pink color.
Nose: Intense aroma of red fruit such as blueberry and raspberry, in which the aromas of the grape stand out.
Mouth: In the mouth it has a meaty and full attack. Its balanced acidity makes it an agile and lively wine. Its evolution in the mouth is magnificent, with a long and tasty finish in which the varietal aromas stand out.
Recommended temperature: 8-10º C.
